• At CVS Health, I was part of the Pharmacy and Health Services Ideation team, where I worked on large-scale integrated marketing campaigns and digital media production across multiple platforms. My role as a Multimedia Designer involved shaping the visual identity of CVS’s evolving healthcare offerings, ensuring consistency and clarity across customer touchpoints.

    I joined CVS at a pivotal moment—right before and during the pandemic—as the company transitioned into a broader healthcare organization following its acquisition of Aetna. A key initiative I supported was the rollout of chronic health services and the introduction of CVS HealthHUBs, designed to provide expanded care options for customers managing chronic illnesses. This shift marked a significant step in CVS’s transformation beyond retail pharmacy into a full-service healthcare provider.

    I also worked across multiple teams, including the Loyalty and Promotions Creative Team, supporting the reboot of CVS’s ExtraBucks Rewards program.

    This experience allowed me to develop a strong understanding of integrated marketing within a large, evolving organization while contributing to CVS Health’s broader mission of making healthcare more accessible and convenient.
